The main focus will be collection, preservation, restoration,
conservation, processing, presentation and evaluation of objects from
traditional medicine and recent scientific research of traditional
medical systems and customs connected with notions of illness and health
in traditional societies of Europe. The workshop accompanying the
conference will present various procedures and processes of restoration
and conservation of folk medicine objects.
